1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or posting content on Okposi Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the photos, videos, stories, and comments you submit to Okposi Digital. By publishing content, you grant Okposi Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format your content strictly within the town square network and official promotional channels.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Publish false allegations, defamatory statements, or personal insults.
- Upload copyrighted media without proper authorization.
- Impersonate community leaders, businesses, or other individuals.
- Engage in automated scraping, spamming, or abuse of rate limits.
4. Termination & Moderation Rights
Okposi Digital administrators reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any post, comment, event, or business profile that violates our community standards, and to suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts without prior notice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ebonyi State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
